Terms of Service

1. Decision-support software

PlantDecide provides deterministic manufacturing calculations, economic analyses, and decision-support outputs based on information entered by the user and documented assumptions. Results are informational tools for business and operational analysis.

PlantDecide does not replace qualified engineering, maintenance, safety, accounting, legal, regulatory, or financial judgment. You are responsible for validating inputs, assumptions, constraints, and recommendations before acting on a result.

2. Accounts and access

The core calculation experience may be available without an account. Account-backed features can include saved analyses, reusable plant context, exports, history, entitlements, or other persistent functionality. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used for sign-in and for activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may use PlantDecide for lawful internal business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, misuse another user's account, or submit information you do not have authority to use.

4. Toolkit Pro subscription

Toolkit Pro is offered at a launch price of $19.99 per user per month. It is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled. Paddle checkout shows applicable taxes and the total amount due before purchase.

You may request cancellation through your PlantDecide Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewal charges. A cancellation does not by itself create a refund for the current billing period.

5. Orders, payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle processes paid transactions, applicable transaction taxes, payment documentation, and refund processing. PlantDecide and Innovo Mind, LLC remain responsible for product, technical, and account support. A paid transaction is also subject to Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and policies presented for that transaction.

6. Refunds

Paid transactions are subject to the PlantDecide Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable refund policy, and any mandatory rights provided by law. PlantDecide does not provide an additional voluntary money-back guarantee beyond those rights and policies.

7. Intellectual property

PlantDecide, its software, content, product design, and related materials are owned by Innovo Mind, LLC or its licensors except where otherwise stated. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying intellectual property.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to maintain reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. If a paid service materially changes, any rights required by applicable law or Paddle's transaction terms remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of reliance

Manufacturing conditions, economic inputs, safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and technical constraints vary by facility. You remain responsible for decisions made using PlantDecide outputs and for obtaining specialist review where the consequences warrant it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or commercial model changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Changes do not limit mandatory buyer or consumer rights.
