Privacy Policy
PlantDecide is a product operated by Innovo Mind, LLC. This policy describes the information used to provide the PlantDecide service.
Information we collect
PlantDecide is designed so that the core manufacturing calculation can be used without creating an account. When you choose account-backed features, we may process information such as:
- your email address and authentication/session information;
- plant profile information you choose to save;
- saved analyses, scenarios, exports, and related tool inputs or results;
- service usage and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve the product; and
- subscription and entitlement status received from our billing provider.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide saved and reusable product features, maintain account access, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and understand whether PlantDecide is useful to manufacturing users.
Service providers
PlantDecide currently uses Supabase for authentication and application data services and Paddle for payment, subscription, and Merchant of Record services. These providers process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations. PlantDecide does not receive full payment-card details from Paddle.
Manufacturing information
Do not enter trade secrets, export-controlled information, personal data about other people, or other information that you are not authorized to provide. PlantDecide is intended for decision-support calculations, not as a system of record for sensitive plant data.
Retention and deletion
We retain account-backed information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. You may request deletion or correction of account information through the support contact below, subject to records we are required to retain.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the current service. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users remain responsible for protecting access to their email account and sign-in links.
Changes
We may update this policy as PlantDecide changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
